When you submit an order at SEAGM, "My Orders" begins to update the order status. You may view the status/details of your order at any time by visiting the "My Orders" page under your SEAGM account.
These are some visual pictures that represent an order status as shown below:
A: If your order status is "Waiting for Payment": Payment is not received, please make payment soon. If the payment had been deducted from your wallet/bank account, do contact our Livechat team for further assistance.
B: If your order status is "Payment Expired": Order expired due to no payment being received after 4 hours from the time order was created. If the payment had been deducted from your wallet/bank account, do contact our Livechat team for further assistance.
C: If your order status is "Order Refunded": Order had been refunded. Kindly contact Livechat support for confirmation if required.
D: If your order status is "Wait for Sending/Sending": Order is under processing. If you had waited for 30 minutes, do contact our Livechat team for further checking.
E: If your order status is "Completed": Order had been completed and fulfilled.
