When you submit an order at SEAGM, "My Orders" begins to update the order status. You may view the status/details of your order at any time by visiting "My Orders" page.
These are some visual pictures that represent an order status as shown below:
Notes: Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. Your order is not final until payment is received.
A: If your order status is "paid": Payment well received.
B: If your order status is "expired": Order expired with no payment made after created for 4 hours automatically.
or:
C: If your order status is "refunded": Order had been refunded successfully. Kindly contact Livechat support for further assistance.
D: If your order status is "wait send/ sending": Order is under processing.
Notes:
- We'll process orders once received.
- Different packages are handled by different staff. Therefore, the queue may differ.
E: If your order status is "completed": Order had been completed and fulfilled.
