First of all, you will need to register as one of the SEAGM members. Once registered, you will be entitled with STAR for every 100 SEAGM credits spent on the SEAGM website.

You can redeem the coupons with your STARs at the SEAGM Reward page. Once redeemed, you will receive the discount coupon in your My Coupon section in the user panel and start to redeem it on the next purchase.
12. Will my STARs expire after a period of time?
Your STARs are valid for 90 days upon collection date. Any unredeemed STAR after the date will expire.
(Example: For STARs that collected on or before 10th April 2023 will expire on 9th July 2023)
13. How can I check my STARs history?
You may check your STARs history from your SEAGM account user profile.
14. If I do not want to continue the membership in SEAGM, do I have to opt-out or cancel it?
No, you do not need to opt-out or cancel your membership.
