1. What is Cashback, and how does it work?
Cashback is a promotional platform credit awarded on eligible purchases made through SEAGM. Cashback eligibility is subject to applicable payment methods, promotional campaigns, account qualification, system verification, payment confirmation, and the applicable Cashback Terms. Once credited, Cashback may be used toward selected purchases on the SEAGM Platform. Cashback cannot be transferred, withdrawn, or exchanged for cash.
2. Why was Cashback not credited to my account, and what should I do?
Cashback is available only for qualifying purchases, subject to product eligibility, payment method, promotional campaign conditions, account qualification, successful payment confirmation, and the applicable Cashback Terms.
If your Cashback is not credited after the expected processing period, please contact SEAGM Customer Support and provide your Order ID, payment method, purchased product, and relevant screenshot(s) for review.
3. How long does Cashback take to be credited?
Cashback is generally credited within 2 hours after the successful completion of a qualifying order and payment confirmation. In certain cases, delays may occur due to payment verification, fraud prevention checks, settlement processing, system review, or technical factors.
4. Why is my Cashback still pending, and do I need to take any action?
Cashback may remain pending while the transaction undergoes payment verification, fraud prevention checks, settlement processing, order validation, or other system reviews.
In most cases, no action is required, and Cashback will be credited once the transaction has been successfully verified and approved. If the pending status remains beyond the expected processing period, please contact SEAGM Customer Support for further assistance.
5. Why is the Cashback amount lower than expected?
Cashback is calculated based solely on the eligible product value and does not include taxes (GST / VAT / SST), payment processing fees, service charges, shipping fees, or other non-product-related costs.
6. Can Cashback be combined with discounts, vouchers, or other promotions?
Cashback may not always be combined with vouchers, discounts, promotional offers, or special pricing unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms.
7. Can Cashback be withdrawn or exchanged for cash?
No. Cashback is a promotional platform credit that cannot be withdrawn, transferred, exchanged for cash, or converted into bank or e-wallet funds. It may only be used for eligible purchases on the SEAGM Platform.
8. Can Cashback be transferred to another account?
No. Cashback is non-transferable and may only be used by the account to which it was originally credited.
9. Does Cashback expire?
Yes. Cashback is subject to the validity period specified in the applicable promotion or Cashback Terms. Once expired, it cannot be used or restored.
10. Can expired Cashback be restored?
Expired Cashback is generally considered permanently forfeited and cannot be restored unless SEAGM determines that a verified system-related issue has occurred.
11. Why was my Cashback removed or deducted?
Cashback may be reversed, deducted, or removed if the related transaction is refunded, cancelled, disputed, subject to a chargeback, or determined to be in breach of the applicable Cashback Terms.
12. Why is my account not eligible for Cashback?
Cashback eligibility may vary based on product category, payment method, region, account status, promotional campaign requirements, or internal risk assessment criteria. SEAGM reserves the right to determine Cashback eligibility at its sole discretion.
13. Are bulk or commercial purchases eligible for Cashback?
Cashback is generally intended for standard end-user purchases. Bulk purchases, reseller activities, commercial transactions, or abnormal purchasing behaviour may not qualify for Cashback eligibility.
14. What happens to my Cashback if my account is suspended, restricted, or terminated?
Unused Cashback may be forfeited if your account is suspended, restricted, terminated, or found to have violated the applicable Cashback Terms. If you require further clarification, please contact SEAGM Customer Support for assistance.
