15 file formats are supported natively:  EPUB, EPUB3, FlePub, PDF, MOBI, JPEG, GIF, PNG, BMP, TIFF, TXT, HTML, RTF, CBZ, CBR.

Step 1: Once you have completed the purchase from SEAGM, kindly retrieve your game card code in "My Cards".

Step 2: Visit the Kobo Official Site [based on your country] and log in or register for an account.

Step 3: Once logged in, at the top right of the page, click [Gift Cards]. 

Step 4: You will be directed to the gift card redemption site. Scroll down to check for [Redeem a Gift Card], click on it. 

Step 5: Enter the code purchased from SEAGM and click [Submit]. 

Step 6: You can check the store credit balance under the account [Payment information] section.
