How to redeem the E-Plus Mobile Prepaid Card [DE] purchased from SEAGM?

The e-plus mobile prepaid card is a prepaid SIM card provided by the German mobile carrier e-Plus, which was part of Telefonica Germany. This card can be used for mobile services like calls, texts, and data without requiring a contract. It typically operates on a pay-as-you-go basis, where you load the card with credit in advance, and the usage is deducted from the balance.

Note: Once delivered, all purchases made at SEAGM are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.

Option 1: 

Step 1: Once completed the purchase from SEAGM, kindly retrieve your game card code in "My Cards".

Step 2: On your mobile phone, dial 104PIN CODE#

Note: Replace "PIN CODE" with the code received from SEAGM under My Cards.

Example: 1041234567890123456#

Step 3: Press the call button.

Step 4: Your top-up is successful upon receiving an SMS confirmation and the balance will be updated. 

Option 2:

Step 1: Once completed the purchase from SEAGM, kindly retrieve your game card code in "My Cards".

Step 2: On your mobile phone, dial 1155 and press the call button.

Step 3: Follow the instructions on the call to enter the code purchased from SEAGM. Once done, your balance will be reloaded.
