Q: What do pre-order means?
A: Pre-order is an order placed for a product which is hard to get or out of stock due to their popularity. Pre-ordered items are not available at the time of purchase.  SEAGM allows the customer to reserve the product and receive it immediately when the product is available.

 Q: How do I pre-order?
A: You can place the pre-order online at SEAGM (make sure to log in first!). If you haven’t made an account yet, it’s easy! Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to make a SEAGM account.

Q: I didn’t receive any confirmation email regarding my pre-order.
A: Kindly check your spam/junk folder just in case emails from SEAGM have been routed there. If you are still unable to locate it, you contact Customer Support via LiveChat 24/7.

Q: Can I modify my order once it is placed?
A: No. Once an order is processed, it cannot be modified.
 
Q: When is a pre-order payment processed?
A: You will be charged for the full cost of your order immediately. Once payment is confirmed on our end, we will place an order with our suppliers.
Note: Your order may be cancelled depending on the stock availability of the supplier.

Q: Can I cancel my pre-order?
A: Yes. You will still have the option of cancelling your Pre-order at any time. Your refund will be processed within 1-3 working days, excluding Saturdays and Sundays as well as National Public Holidays depending on the payment method used.

Q: Am I assured that you will not sell out before delivering my order?
A: Yes, all confirmed pre-orders will be delivered immediately once the product is available. 
Note: Except in cases where confirmation is required for your pre-ordered, then we will contact you by sending an Order Collection Email. You will have 3 days to collect it. If you do not collect your order within the indicated timeframe, your order will be automatically cancelled and a refund will be processed without prior notice.

Q: How can I check my pre-order status?
A: You can check your order status by logging into SEAGM and sign-in. After signing in, you may look for My Order > Order Detail or check on notifications.

Q: When will I receive my pre-ordered product?
A: It depends on the stock availability from the supplier/distributor. Delivery of pre-ordered product could be as fast as one day or up to five days.
