Orders cannot be manually deleted or removed from your account.
If you have placed an incorrect order and have not made any payment yet, you may simply ignore the order and place a new one. Unpaid orders will automatically expire after 4 hours, and no further action is required.
If payment has already been completed, please contact our Customer Support team and provide the following information:
- Order number
- Complete proof of payment
Please note that the verification process may take some time, depending on the response time of the payment service provider.
