Maybank Virtual Account is an online transfer service consisting of 16 unique numbers specific to the receipt of funds with a faster and more accurate reconciliation process. A virtual account number provided can only be used on a single transaction, each time, the virtual account number will be changed.
Note: It's ONLY available for Indonesian users using (IDR) currency in SEAGM.
Step 1: Login/register an account in SEAGM.
Step 2: Choose the item you would like to purchase and click 'buy now'. At the checkout page, click "PayNow" to be directed to the next page.
Step 3: At the payment page, select "Online Banking" and click on 'Maybank VA" then "PayNow".
Step 4: A Maybank VA pay code will be generated and should only be used for payment ONCE. The payment order will expire in 4 hours. Please complete your payment before that happens.
Notes: Checking on extra payment may take up to 7 days depending on the response from banks and approval status.
Step 5: Once payment is successfully made, the order will be processed automatically. You may check your order status under "My Orders".
