Electronic Commerce Payments (ECPay) operates in over 40,000 payment outlets, including convenience stores, supermarkets, and pawnshops across the Philippines. ECPay enables cash payments for online purchases and bills at various partner outlets, ensuring secure processing.
Note:
1. ECPAY [PHP] payment method is ONLY available for Philippine users under the Philippine peso [PHP] in SEAGM.
2. Kindly make sure that NO virtual private network (VPN) has been enabled during checkout.
Step 1: Choose your products in SEAGM and then click "PayNow" to be directed to the checkout page.
Step 2: Select ECPAY under Online Banking and click on "Pay Now" to proceed.
Step 4: Once the transaction is completed, please allow the payment gateway to re-direct you back to our website to fully complete the transaction.
Step 5: You may check your order status under "My Orders" in your SEAGM profile.
