How to send chat transcript through SEAGM App?

You may forward your chat transcript to your SEAGM email. To proceed, kindly follow these steps:

Step 1: In the LiveChat box, click the icon at the top right corner.

Step 2: You will receive a pop-up message, click "Request transcript".

Step 3: Enter your valid email address.

Step 4: You will receive your chat transcript in your mailbox as shown below:
