1. Why did my credit/debit card payment fail?
A payment may be unsuccessful due to various factors, including security checks, card restrictions, or requirements imposed by the card issuer or payment provider.
2. Why did my first payment go through, but my following payment attempts were declined?
Payment approval is assessed for each transaction and may vary between payment attempts. If your first payment was successful but subsequent attempts were declined, please avoid making repeated payment attempts within a short period.
If you have made multiple unsuccessful payment attempts, please stop making further attempts and wait for the related orders to expire. The orders may take up to 4 hours to expire. Once the orders have expired, you may try making a new payment attempt.
3. What should I check before making a payment?
Before making a payment, please ensure that your SEAGM account information is complete and accurate. You may verify your phone number and billing address in your SEAGM account under My Account in the User Profile section. Please also ensure that the card details entered during checkout are correct and that your card supports the type of transaction you are attempting.
4. My card details are correct, but my payment is still declined. What should I do?
If you have confirmed that your card details are correct but the payment is still unsuccessful, your bank or card issuer may be able to provide further information about the payment issue. For security and privacy reasons, SEAGM may not receive specific information about why a particular payment was declined. You can usually find your card issuer's contact details on the back of your credit/debit card.
If you are still unable to complete your payment after completing the recommended checks, please feel free to contact SEAGM Support for assistance. If needed, we may also recommend checking with your bank or card issuer for further information.
Thank you.
