How to redeem the ZUS Coffee Cash Voucher [MY] purchased from SEAGM?

1. Payment must be made via ZUS Balance within ZUS Coffee's Mobile App.
2. Expiry as stated on the e-voucher applies.
3. Upon keying the voucher into ZUS Balance, the user has three(3) years to utilise the amount before it expires.
4. Valid for pickup and delivery at all ZUS Coffee outlets.
5. Not exchangeable or replaceable for cash.
6. ZUS Coffee is entitled to withhold any benefits under the services rendered, with or without notice to the users, if the user is found to have breached ZUS Coffee's Users Terms & Conditions.

Note: All purchases made in SEAGM, once they're delivered, are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.

Step 1: Once completed the purchase from SEAGM, kindly retrieve your game card code in "My Cards".

Step 2: To your Zus Coffee Application and register or log into your account. 

Step 3: Once logged in, kindly click on [Account] at the bottom menu, then click on [Top-Up]. 

Step 4: Choose topup using a gift voucher. 

Step 5: Enter the code purchased from SEAGM and click "Top up Now".

Step 6: Once done, the value will then be automatically added to your ZUS Wallet Balance.
