Here's the step-by-step guide for placing an order:
Step 1: If you don't have a SEAGM account yet, kindly click on "Register". You can sign up using your email address, Facebook account, Google account, etc. For the user of SEAGM, kindly click "Sign In" on the navigation.
Step 2: To access your SEAGM account, please enter your email address and password or you may use a social media account such as Facebook, Twitter, etc. to log in.
Step 3: Search for products from the menu from top navigation or you may search for your desired items by inserting keywords via the "Search" icon as shown below:
Step 4: Adding a product to the shopping cart or direct checkout.
a) Purchase Game Card/CD-Key/Gift Card
For example, proceed to the Steam Wallet Code page, select the card type, enter the quantity and click the "Add to Cart" to add into your Shopping Cart. (You can also click Buy Now to direct proceed to the checkout page for payment)
b) Purchase Direct Top Up
For example, proceed to the FreeFire Diamonds Top Up, choose your desired Top Up amount then enter your Player ID and click "Buy Now" to proceed to the checkout page. (Kindly make sure the Player ID entered correctly)
Note: Direct Top Up cannot be added to the cart and only ONE quantity allowed for each purchase.
Step 5: After you've done adding products to Shopping Cart, click "View Cart" to proceed to view all the products in the Shopping Cart. Check all item and click " Pay Now" to proceed to the checkout page.
Step 6: You will then be directed to the SEAGM checkout page. Kindly choose your desired payment method and click "Pay Now" to proceed. For the user that has SEAGM Credits balance in their account, kindly choose SEAGM Credits as a payment option and enter your account login password to proceed.
Step 7:Kindly follow the on-screen instructions to make the payment. Once the transaction completed, please allow the payment gateway to re-direct you back to our website to fully complete the transaction.
***Note: Please allow our website to fully load once your transaction is completed to prevent floating orders.
Step 8: Once payment completed, your order will be processed automatically.
Important Notice Regarding Payments:
1. Choosing Skrill, Online Banking and other online payments will direct you to the respective payment gateway's page to make payments after the "Pay Now" button is clicked.
2. For payments via a third party such as Internet Banking, ATM Transfer, or Cash Deposit Machine, kindly note down our Bank Account and Account Holder's name. You may need this information when you're transferring the payment into our bank account. Refer to the Payment Methods page for more information.
