Step 1: Visit the SEAGM website and log in to your account. 
Step 2: Once logged in, click on the profile icon on the top right of the page.
Step 3: Select [My Orders] and click on the order number you want to check.
Step 4: After clicking, you will see the order details and status. You may check the player ID or mobile recharge number in the [order information] section.
