What is the difference between Culture Game Voucher and Culture Voucher?
Both are popular online payment methods in Korea. It requires the customer to register an account and recharge the card points before making a payment.
Note: This payment option is only supported under Korean Won [KRW] ONLY.
Step 1: Choose the item you would like to purchase and click 'buy now'. At the checkout page, click 'pay now to be directed to the next page.
Step 2: At the Payment page, select 'Online payment', then select your preferred 'Culture Voucher' payment and click on 'PayNow'.
Step 3: You'll be brought to the page below for the order created, and enter the Culture Land ID and password and also email. Agree to the "Terms and Conditions" then click "Next". The payment order will expire in 4 hours. Please complete your payment before that happens.
Note: For the Culture game voucher, kindly enter the voucher pin to proceed with your payment.
Step 4: Kindly keep the receipt of the transaction with you for reference. Once payment is made, you may directly check the order status from your account profile under "My Orders". Do contact our support team via LiveChat if the status is still under "unpaid".
