1. How can I get notified when a product is back in stock?
If a product or denomination is currently Sold Out and the “Notify Me when Available” option is displayed, you can subscribe to receive an email notification when the item is restocked.
Please follow these steps:
- Open the product page you are interested in on SEAGM.
- Look for the [Sold Out] status on the specific denomination you want.
- Click [Notify Me when Available] below the relevant denomination.

- A green pop-up notification will appear at the top of the page confirming that you have successfully subscribed to restock notifications. The message will state: “You have successfully subscribed to restock notifications. We will notify you via email once the item is restocked.”

2. Does subscribing to a restock notification guarantee that the product will be restocked?
No. Subscribing to a restock notification does not guarantee a specific restock date or that the product will become available. Product availability may vary depending on stock availability for the specific product or denomination.
3. Can I subscribe to a notification for a specific denomination?
Yes. If the “Notify Me when Available” option is available for a specific denomination, you can subscribe to receive a notification for that denomination. Please make sure you select the correct product and denomination before subscribing.
4. When will I receive the notification?
You will receive an email notification once the selected item is back in stock. Please note that the availability of a product or denomination may change quickly after restocking. We recommend checking the product page and completing your purchase as soon as possible if the item becomes available.
Note:
Product and denomination availability may change without prior notice. If you need to confirm the latest availability before placing your order, please get in touch with our Customer Support team for assistance.
