No. Changing your account currency will not affect existing orders or completed transactions. Only future orders will reflect the updated currency setting where applicable.
2. Why can't I find my preferred currency or payment method?
The availability of currencies and payment methods depends on product availability, regional restrictions, and payment provider support. Certain currencies may not be available due to compliance requirements and partner limitations.
3. Why didn't my order currency change after I saved the settings?
Currency changes apply only to new orders created after the update. Existing orders will remain in their original currency and cannot be modified.
4. Does changing my account currency affect my SEAGM Balance?
No. Changing your display currency does not affect the value of your SEAGM Balance. All balances remain unchanged.
5. Why does my currency switch back to MYR after some time?
SEAGM is a Malaysia-based platform. The system may revert to MYR under certain conditions, such as session refresh or system reset. To ensure correct pricing display, please reselect your preferred currency before placing an order.
