Are SEAGM Purchases Refundable?
By default, most digital products on SEAGM are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once delivered. This is because items like game credits, digital codes, or gift cards cannot be returned once they’ve been revealed, credited, or used.
Situations that can be considered for a refund
1. Card not delivered
You paid, but the digital card was not delivered to your account.
2. Verified delivery error
The order was delivered, but after investigation, SEAGM confirmed that the item was incorrect or faulty.
3. Wrong gift card purchased (not viewed code)
If you accidentally purchased the wrong gift card amount and the code has not been viewed or redeemed, a refund request may be considered based on verification by our team.
Situations that are NOT eligible for a refund
1. Wrong information was provided by the customer
The order was delivered correctly based on the details you submitted (e.g., wrong game ID, server, region, or product type).
2. Digital code has been viewed or revealed
Once a gift card or digital code has been viewed, it is considered used and cannot be refunded, even if it has not been redeemed.
3. Change of mind after purchase
Refunds are not available if the customer no longer wants the product after the code has been viewed.
4. Buyer’s remorse due to in-game results
Refunds cannot be granted if you are unhappy with in-game outcomes (e.g., account issues, draw results, top-up bonuses, event rewards).
5. Suspicious or fraudulent activity
Refunds cannot be provided if the user has been scammed, tricked, or intentionally sent the code to a fraudster. Please refer to our alert articles on common scam tactics.
