There's no need to visit a bank branch. You can use online banking which is very convenient and easy-peasy.
- Go to your online banking portal, transfer the payment amount by using the bank account information from the order checkout page.
- Kindly key in our support email, helper@seagm.com at the recipient's email/notify via email column under the additional information/optional. This is to allow us to know you are transferring payment to our SEAGM's account.
- Take a screenshot of your transaction confirmation or your transaction history. We might need you to send it to us.
- Contact our customer support via LiveChat to verify and confirm your payment. Once your payment is successfully received, your order will be processed.
Important Notice:
For payment transactions made after 12:00 am, the customer must include our support email, which is helper@seagm.com in the recipient's email column. This will enable us to receive and confirm the payment effectively.
