Step 1: Kindly proceed with login to your SEAGM account.
Step 2: After logging in, hover over your profile icon (top right corner) and click on "My Orders" from the dropdown menu.
Step 3: At the top of the "My Orders" page, you'll see several order status categories:
Status | Meaning |
All | Displays all your orders, both paid and unpaid. |
Pending | Payment received, your order is currently queued for processing. |
Sending | Your order is being processed or is in the process of being sent. |
Completed | Your order has been successfully delivered. |
Refunded | Your order has been refunded. For refund timeframes, please see our Refund article. |
