When should I expect my refund?

Check your refunded paid order(s) when you click "My orders" in your SEAGM account. Here’s what the status means:

Refund status What it means
Refunded Your order refund is complete on SEAGM. The money has been processed to be credited to the original form of payment/ SEAGM Balance.

 

Using the table below, check the duration of when you would receive your refund. The refund takes different amounts of time depending on how you made the original payment.

Any SEAGM-supported payment method [s] SEAGM Account as balance Immediately
Credit/Debit Card Credit/Debit Card 1. 10+ working days,
2. The refund may take up to 30 days to appear on your debit card statement.
3. The processing time may be extended according to each credit card issuer.
PayPal

PayPal balance

1. Within the same day,
2. Within 1-3 working days.

Online banking

Bank

1. Within the same day,
2. Within 7-14 working days, 
3. The processing time may be extended according to each wallet/bank used. 

E-Wallet E-wallet  1. Within the same day/immediately,
2. Within 7-14 working days, 
3. The processing time may be extended according to each wallet/bank used.

[i] Refund as SEAGM Balance. Kindly contact our support team via LiveChat
[ii] Kindly take note that there might be a slight delay during peak periods or public holidays in Malaysia. However, rest assured, we will do our best to minimise the delay on the refund.
[iii] Certain payment method was not supported for a refund back to the original method used [Cryptocurrency, RazerGold, Neosurf, etc.], therefore, we will proceed with a refund back to your SEAGM balance.
