1. What is SEAGM balance?
SEAGM Balance, a prepaid account denominated in the local currency, allows SEAGM users to top up and make purchases on our platform.
2. What will happen to my SEAGM Credit when SEAGM Balance is introduced?
No worries, you will still be able to use the remaining SEAGM Credits for order payment. However, the top-up for SEAGM Credits will not be available anymore.
3. What is the difference between SEAGM Credits and SEAGM Balance?
SEAGM Credits and SEAGM Balance serve different purposes. Below is a comparison:

4. If I have a balance in SEAGM Credit, can I use both SEAGM Credit and SEAGM Balance to perform transaction checkout?
You can only select SEAGM Credit or SEAGM Balance to complete the transaction. Please use your remaining SEAGM Credit first.
5. Will my SEAGM Credit transaction history remain when SEAGM Balance is introduced?
Yes, your SEAGM Credit transaction history will remain from your first reload made.
6. If I reloaded my balance in USD, am I allowed to convert it into another currency to make a purchase?
No, currency conversion of the wallet balance is not permitted.

7. How can I check my SEAGM balance and transaction history?
You may check the balance in your SEAGM Profile under the [SEAGM Balance] option.
8. Will my SEAGM balance and SEAGM Credit history be on the same list?
No. Both can be accessed under the user's profile.
9. Why [SEAGM Pay] under balance did not appear in my checkout payment list selection?
SEAGM Pay (SEAGM Balance) will only appear in your payment selection list if your account contains a balance in the corresponding currency.
10. Can I withdraw my SEAGM Balance?
If the original method used during the reload of the balance is supported for refund, we will proceed accordingly. You may contact our Customer Support via LiveChat to check on the availability of withdrawal.
11. I have two separate SEAGM accounts, can I merge the balance from two separate SEAGM accounts into a single account?
No. SEAGM does not allow multiple accounts by one person. Related accounts detected will be suspended at first detection.
