Step 2: At Customer Service page, click "email us now" > At category, select Garena Top Up > At subcategory, select Shells/Game points haven't increased after purchase > At Message, provide your details as follows:
- character ID and name
- purchase date and time and price of the item
- Attachment ( e.g. payment proof)
Step 3: Record the ticket number for your quick reference > check reply for result/action to be taken
- Region determination by your IP address. When login to Garena website, you will be directed to the customer service centre which can support your current region OR
