1. For digital game/gift cards, the delivery is within a few minutes time and the card pin will be delivered in digital code form. To retrieve the card pin, please check the profile under "My Cards".
2. For the direct reload game, the reload will be made within a few minutes to an hour time once the payment is transacted, depending on the current queue.

3. For mobile recharge, the reload will be made to your given phone account within a few minutes once payment is made.
