SEA Gamer Mall membership system has security features in place to protect our customers' accounts. The system automatically limits the number of times that someone can try signing in to an account for security reasons. So, all member's accounts will be auto-locked after 3 or more times of failed login attempts.
If you're having trouble with login, below was a few reasons why you may not be able to access your account:
1. Forgot your login details, it says "Invalid login email or password"
You can reset your password to help keep your account secure.
2. Your account is locked due to many failed login attempts
If you don't remember your password, contact our Customer Support via LiveChat and we may be able to assist you with unlocking your account. Once your account is unlocked, you can reset your password to help keep your account secure.
3. You tried to reset the password, but it says "Account was suspended. Please contact customer support if this was a mistake"
Don't worry! This is might be a temporary suspension, you can ask a Customer Support officer to assist you with unsuspending your account via our Livechat without a problem, however, we reserve the right at all times to suspend or block access to and use of the services for any reason whatsoever and for any length of time.
4. Why does this happen?
Study shows that most participants were capable of memorizing their passwords during their daily lives or write down or save passwords to prevent forgetting. The chances of you being in the extremely small minority that has a problem with login are very small. The chances of you being in that group 3 times in the span of two to four weeks are even more unlikely. This most likely means that something else is wrong that is not the memory issues.
