1. Why am I not receiving the email after clicking “Reset My Password” or “Register an Account”?
After requesting a password reset or account registration, you may see the message “Reset Password / Verify Email Sent To Your Inbox”, but the email does not appear in your inbox. This may happen because Gmail’s security system automatically filters incoming emails to protect users from unwanted messages, such as spam, phishing attempts, or suspicious emails. Occasionally, important emails may be filtered incorrectly and moved to the Spam or other folders. To avoid missing important emails from SEAGM, you may add the SEAGM email domain to your Gmail whitelist.
2. Why should I whitelist SEAGM’s email domain?
Whitelisting helps ensure that important emails from SEAGM are delivered to your inbox instead of being filtered into Spam or other folders.
It can help you:
- Receive account-related emails without delays
- Avoid missing important verification or password reset emails
- Ensure SEAGM emails appear in your preferred inbox folder
Step 1: Sign in to your Gmail account through your browser.
Step 2: Click the⚙️Gear icon at the top right corner, then select [See all settings].
Step 3: Go to the [Filters and Blocked Addresses] tab, then click [Create a new filter].
Step 4: In the From field, enter: seagm.com. Then click [Create filter].
Step 5: Please tick the option:
- Never send it to Spam
- Always mark it as important (optional)
Step 6: You may categorise SEAGM emails as Primary to ensure they appear in your main inbox instead of the Promotions or Social tabs.
Step 7: Once completed, Gmail will show: “Your filter was created.”. Your SEAGM email domain has now been successfully added to your whitelist.
Tip: If you still cannot locate the email, please check your Spam, Promotions, or All Mail folders before trying again.
Thank you.
