1. User requests an order cancellation for an undelivered order via LiveChat.
2. User fails to provide the requested identity verification.
3. Order payment that was still on hold due to the product being under pre-order or stock-out status.
4. Any unauthorised/unintended charges on your account, provided that the SEAGM order is not yet delivered or the status is under "Wait Send".
Besides, you may resubmit your order for the item(s) you want again.
