• All MasterCard Gift Cards sold in SEAGM are region-locked products. All purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Step 1: Purchase a Mastercard Gift Card from SEAGM and choose from the card denomination/amount that you need.

Step 2: Once purchased, you may retrieve the gift card from your SEAGM account. Key in your SEAGM account password in the "My Cards" section to retrieve your digital token. 

Step 3: Here are the steps to activate the code.

(a) For first-time users, you can register and log in with your digital token at the Official Digital Wallet card-issuing website.

(b) Enter the digital token and then click Continue. 

(c) If an error is shown during redemption "Ops! The token you entered isn't valid." Don't worry! Please be sure that you're entering 14 alphanumeric characters with hyphens and try again to submit. 

(d) Select a Virtual MasterCard, ready for immediate use online anywhere Mastercard is accepted. 

(e) The card-issuing site will open and ask you to provide your personal information to be associated with your card.

(f) You will receive an email with the card number, expiration date and security code instantly.

Do I need to register my MasterCard Gift Card for an online purchase?

Yes, if you wish to make online order purchases, you should register your Mastercard in advance. Online merchants often require personal information, including the name, address, mobile and email of the user to be verified with the card-issuing website prior to purchase. Without such confirmation, the merchant might decline your purchase even if there are sufficient funds on the Card.
