Need to cancel a payment made? No worries. SEAGM allows cancellation of paid orders in the situations below:
1. User request for an order cancellation for undelivered order via LiveChat.
2. User fails to provide the requested identity verification.
3. Order payment that was still on hold due to the product being under pre-order or stock-out status.
4. Any unauthorized/unintended charges on your account provided that the SEAGM order is not yet delivered or status under "Wait Send".
