SEAGM offers Bank transfer payment method to our valued customers. This is the payment method where buyers will need to provide a proof of payment transfer to SEAGM's bank account for verification before it is being processed.
Step 2: Note down bank account number, account name and account type.
Step 3: Follow the steps stated below to pay.
For Internet Banking:
- Go to your online banking portal, transfer payment amount by using the bank account information from our Payment Option Page.
- Kindly key in our support email, email@example.com recipient's email/notify via email column under additional information/optional. This is to allow us to know you are transferring payment to our SEAGM's account.
- Take a screenshot of your transaction confirmation or your transaction history. We might need you to send it to us.
- Contact our customer support via LiveChat to verify and confirm your payment. Once your payment is successfully received, you will receive your order!
Important: For payment transaction made after 12:00 am, customer must include our support email, which is firstname.lastname@example.org in the recipient's email column. This will enable us to receive and confirm the payment effectively.
For ATM or Cash Deposit Transfer:
- Go to the bank most convenient to you.
- Use an ATM Machine or Cash Deposit to transfer/deposit into our account > key in our bank account number and complete the transfer/deposit.
- Keep the receipt of the transfer/deposit for verification.
- Call us immediately or chat with a customer support via LiveChat as soon as possible to confirm your transfer/deposit.
