SEAGM offers Bank transfer payment method to our valued customers. This is the payment method where buyers will need to provide a proof of payment transfer to SEAGM's bank account for verification before it is being processed.
For Physical Store (7-eleven):
- Login to your account, select you desired item > buy now
- At checkout page, check your order details > click checkout
- At Payment page, select offline payment > select “7-Eleven” as your preferred payment method payment > click create payment
- You'll be directed to online secure payment page > check/tick the checkbox > click proceed
- Your payment request has been successfully recorded > you’ll be given a Transaction ID and Verification Code along with barcodes. You may print it out and show it to 7-11 staff.
- Head over to any 7-Eleven store, tell the cashier you want to pay via MOLPay Cash. Present the transaction ID & Verification Code for cash payment.
- You’ll be given a MOLPay receipt and 7-Eleven receipt (2 receipts) once payment’s done.
- Contact our customer support via Live Chat to verify and confirm your payment. Goods will be delivered once the payment captured.
Notes: You may also show the barcodes to 7-11 staff in your email for scanning. Kindly proceed with the payment within 48 hours before it expires.
For Manual Online Bank Transfer
- Go to your online banking, transfer payment amount by using the bank account information from our Payment Method Page.
- Kindly key in our support email email@example.com in the recipient email when you make internet banking transfer to our bank account. This to allow us know that you are transferring payment to us.
IMPORTANT: This step is very important during midnight bank system maintenance. Kindly note that business current account that we are using has longer maintenance period compare to personal account. Hence, transaction history can only be seen after bank system maintenance is over. SEAGM Support are only allowed to confirm payment when payment details can be found in the transaction history or notification email from the bank.
- Take a screenshot of your transaction confirmation or your transaction history for verification.
- Contact us via LiveChat to verify and confirm your payment. Once we found your payment, your order will be paid for.
- For Manual Online Banking Transfer, kindly add a few cents into your payment so that we can easily verify your payment. For example, transfer 60.01 or 60.05 instead of 60.
For ATM or Cash Deposit Transfer:
- Go to SEAGM payment method page> select the desired currency and bank account that is convenient for you to make payment.
- Note down bank account number, account name and account type.
- Go to the bank most convenient to you.
- Use an ATM Machine or Cash Deposit to transfer/deposit into our account > key in our bank account number and complete the transfer/deposit.
- Keep the receipt of the transfer/deposit for verification.
- Call us immediately or chat with a customer support via LiveChat as soon as possible to confirm your transfer/deposit.
