4. For ATM or Cash Deposit Transfer Users:
d. Call us immediately or chat with a customer service officer via LiveChat as soon as possible to confirm your transfer/deposit.
Important note: Kindly includes our support email, firstname.lastname@example.org in the recipient email when you using internet banking transfer to our bank account during late night. This allows us to know that you are transferring payment to us.
