SEAGM Balance, a prepaid account denominated in the local currency, allows SEAGM users to top up and make purchases on our platform.
i. How can I check my SEAGM Balance?
Click on the profile icon, select SEAGM Balance and you will be directed to the page.
ii. How can I reload my SEAGM Balance?
Click on the profile icon, and select [Top Up]. Enter the amount that you need, then click [Top Up].
or
Choose [SEAGM balance] under the user profile, then click on [Top Up] on the side of the page.
iii. How can I use my SEAGM Balance?
- Select the product that you need and click on [Buy Now]. Then, confirm the product details and click [Pay Now].
- You will then be directed to the checkout page and select [SEAGM Balance], Then enter your account password.
- Click [Pay Now] to complete the transaction.
iv. How to check SEAGM balance transaction history?
Under [SEAGM Balance], you will see the transaction history listed below the page. You may select each currency to check on it.
