Important Note: NCSoft NCoins (KR) sold in SEAGM are valid for 6 months only and are non-refundable, non-replaceable, and non-extendable after this period.
Step 1: Once the purchase from SEAGM is completed, kindly retrieve your game card code in "My Cards".
Step 2: Visit the NCSOFT KR official redemption website. Then, kindly log in/register an account.
Step 3: Kindly proceed to "My page" under profile and under "Wallet" click [충전] to recharge the coin.
Step 4: Choose the [payment method (1)], enter the [denomination (2)] you have, [click (3)] the red bracket and then click [confirm].
Step 5: On this page, kindly key in the code purchased from SEAGM and then tap the 「next」 button to continue.
Step 6: Click on「Confirm」 to redeem the code purchased.
Step 7: Once done, you will receive the Ncoin in your account automatically.
