Not sure how to send a picture or file? Not to worry! Follow the easy instructions below:
Step 1: Kindly click on the [+] button on the bottom left side of the chat box.
Step 2: Then, click on the image/picture icons that appear.
Step 3: Depending on the device used:
[i] On Desktop/PC, kindly select the picture or file that you need, and click open:
[ii] On a mobile phone, select the location of your picture or file. Then, select and send.
Don't worry if the above steps do not work or if there is an uploading issue! Just notify the LiveChat support team, and they are ready to assist.
