Note:

2. Virtual Account (TWD) is only supported under New Taiwan dollar [TWD] ONLY.
Step 1: Choose the product you want to purchase on the SEAGM site, then click "buy now".
Step 2: Click on "Pay Now" to be directed to the payment checkout page.
Step 3: On the checkout page, click on "Online banking" and select Virtual Account. Then, click on "Pay Now" to proceed. 
Step 4: You will be redirected to the payment gateway page. Enter your email address and click [支付], then complete the bank transfer via your online banking or mobile banking app using the provided virtual account details before the payment expires.
Step 5: Once the payment has been successfully made, please keep a screenshot of the receipt for reference purposes. Kindly check your order status in your SEAGM profile under "My Orders". Do contact our support team via LiveChat if the status is still under "unpaid".
