What to do when your SEAGM Balance is insufficient to pay for an order?

Note:
a) This option will ONLY be available during checkout when there's a balance in your SEAGM account. 
b) Kindly make sure that your checkout currency is matched with the currency of your SEAGM balance. You may check your Seagm balance and currency under your account "SEAGM Balance".
 
Step 1: Choose the product you want to purchase, then click "buy now". 
Step 2: Click on "Pay Now" to be directed to the payment checkout page. 

Step 3: On the checkout page, click on any payment method preferred, then click on "SEAGM Balance" and click "PayNow" to proceed.
Note: You might be requested to enter a password, kindly enter your SEAGM account password to proceed.

Step 4: Follow the on-screen instructions so you can make the payment. Once the transaction is completed, please allow the payment gateway to re-direct you back to our website to fully complete the transaction.
Note: Please allow our website to load once your transaction is completed to prevent floating orders fully.
Step 5: You may check your order status under "My Orders" in your SEAGM profile.
