A buyer who paid using a credit/debit card is required to do a one-time identity verification when requested by our team. Failure to adhere to this requirement will result in SEA Gamer Mall rejecting the payment made, and the payment will be refunded.
Required documents for verification will be as listed:
1. A selfie of the user holding a passport/identity card with a written note of【SEAGM+DATE】
2. Credit/ Debit Card Receipt or Bank Statement, which is not older than 3 months.
3. A picture of the credit card used showing the first four numbers, last four digits of your credit card, name, and expiry date.
