Step 1: Get your virtual account number after completing the ordering process on SEAGM.
Note:
- Unpaid orders will expire in 4 hours. Each code can only be used once.
- You are advised to use Bank Permata if your payment method is not connected to our online payment website.
- The company code is the first 5 numbers of your virtual account number.
- A fee of SGD 0.40 or min SGD 0.40 will be directly applied in checkout for all virtual account transactions. Fees may vary from time to time.
Step 2: Follow the steps below when you are making a payment with the bank:
- Via BCA Mobile Banking to Permata Bank (VA)
- Please login to your mobile banking.
- Click "Menu Icon".
- Select the "Inter-Bank" menu.
- Then enter the "virtual account" number (eg 88560xxxxxxxxxxx).
- Select "Destination bank".
- Click send, and your transaction is complete.

Via BRI ATM Transfer to Permata Bank (VA)
- Select the "Other Transaction" menu, then select the Payment menu.
- After that, click the Other Menu, then select the "Briva" menu.
- Enter the account number with your Virtual Account number (example: 8291xxxxxx) and select confirm.
- When the payment confirmation appears, please select Yes.
- Your transaction has been completed.
- Via Mandiri Bank (VA) ATM Transfer
- Please select the "Pay / Buy" menu.
- Next will appear types of payments such as Multi Payment and Bill Payment (PLN, PDAM, etc.), for VA payments select "Multi Payment".
- Please enter the company code, for example: "89022", then select "Yes", the service provider is "DOKU MERCHANT".
- Enter your Virtual Account number (example: 89022xxxxxxxxxxxx) and click "Confirm".
- Fill in the nominal to be paid, then press "Correct".
- Make sure all the information and bill totals displayed are correct. If correct, press number 1 and select "Yes".
- Check the confirmation screen and select "Yes" to make the payment.
- Proof of payment in the form of a receipt so that it is stored as a valid proof of payment from Bank Mandiri.
- Your transaction has been completed.
- Via Mandiri Bank (VA) Mobile Banking
- Please login to your mobile banking.
- Click the "Menu Icon" on the top left.
- Select the "Payment" menu
- Select "New Payment"
- Select "Multi Payment"
- Click "Service Provider" (DOKU MERCHANT), then select the company code, for example, "89022"
- Select "No. Virtual "Enter your Virtual Account number (for example 89022xxxxxxxxxxx), then select"Add a New Number "
- Enter the nominal then select "Confirm" and "Continue"
- Then the payment confirmation screen will appear. Make sure all information and bill totals are correct. If it is correct, then scroll down and select "Confirm"
- Enter your PIN and select "OK" Transaction using VA has been completed.
