The QR Code/Payment Reference/Account number should ONLY be used for payment ONCE. It is a different number each time a payment order is created. Do not pay extra time or for other payment orders. Extra payments may not be captured by the payment gateway. It may need up to 7 days to check depending on the response between banks and the payment gateway.

What if the amount had been deducted but the status is shown unpaid in SEAGM?

a) For payment via Rapyd, the payment would sometimes be delayed within an hour to two.
