I have successfully made my payment through online payment via the Credit/Debit Card method, why is my order status still unpaid?
1. For each payment that goes through our system, the fitting amount will be put on hold on the card.
2. If our system rejects the payment resulting in a payment failure, the initially held amount will be released back to the card.
3. If the payment is successful then the amount that was on hold will be transacted, effectively paying for the order.
4. In cases where further verification of the phone number or the user did not complete the payment process, the payment will be categorized as an uncaptured payment. If this occurs, please contact our customer support after an hour to cancel the order or release the payment if it was deducted.
