To check on your balance and sub-balances, please head to "Transaction History" under your SEAGM profile.
Note: You are not able to merge different currency balances into one.
Example:
1. USD Credit Balance only can be used for orders in USD currency.
2. SGD Credit Balance only can be used for orders in SGD currency.
3. MYR Credit Balance cannot be used for orders in USD currency.
Step 1: Log in to your SEAGM account. Then, click on the icon on the top right side of the page.
Step 2: Click on "Transaction History". Then, you will see the sub-balance that you owned.
Step 3: To add a different currency account, please change the currency on the top right of the page, beside "SEAGM APP".
Step 4: Once changed, you will be directed back to the credit balance page with the updated currency. Enter the amount that you need and click "Top Up".
Step 5: Next, on the payment page, please select your desired payment method and click "Pay Now" to proceed.
Step 6: Kindly follow the on-screen instructions to make the payment. Once the transaction is completed, please allow the payment gateway to re-direct you back to our website to fully complete the transaction.
***Note: Please allow our website to fully load once your transaction is completed to prevent floating payments.
Step 7: Once the transaction is completed, you may check the balance at "Transaction History" under your account.
