1. Changes on player information or a refund can only be made IF the order is still on hold, while for the order that has been completed, it is unable to be reversed/canceled. It's due to all the recharge orders being processed via our reliable service provider was not cancelable.

If your order was on-hold/wait send status due to wrong player information given, kindly follow the guide below to update the correct information:
Step 1: Kindly contact our customer support via LiveChat along with your payment number.
Step 2: Our customer support agent will check on the order status and request you to provide the correct game information. Kindly make sure that the information given was correct to avoid delay or wrongly topup issues occur.
Step 3: Once provided, the correct game information [Player ID/UID/Name/Server, etc] will then be updated to the order which is on hold due to wrong information provided previously and you'll be notified by customer support once the order has been completed. It usually takes around 5-30 minutes for the order to be completed.
