All purchases made in SEAGM, once they're delivered, are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
Option 1:
Step 1: Once completed the purchase from SEAGM, kindly retrieve your game card code in "My Cards".
Step 2: On your mobile phone, on text message, send [CODE] Opwaarderen" to 1266.
Note: Replace "CODE" with the code received from SEAGM under My Cards.
Step 3: Press the send button.
Step 4: Your top-up is successful upon receiving an SMS confirmation and the balance will be updated.
Option 2:
Step 1: Once completed the purchase from SEAGM, kindly retrieve your game card code in "My Cards".
Step 2: On your mobile phone, dial 1244 and press the call button.
Note: If you are abroad, dial *100*1244# before following the instructions.
Step 3: Follow the instructions on the call to enter the code purchased from SEAGM. Once done, your balance will be reloaded.
