Step 1: Once completed the purchase from SEAGM, kindly retrieve your game card code in "My Cards".

Step 2: On your mobile phone, dial *111*RECHARGE CODE*ID Number#

Note: Replace "RECHARGE CODE" with the code received from SEAGM under My Cards.

Step 3: Press the call button.

Step 4: Your balance will be immediately credited once done.

Option 2

Step 1: Once completed the purchase from SEAGM, kindly retrieve your game card code in "My Cards".

Step 2: On your mobile phone, dial *000#.

Step 3: Select option 1 for recharge. Follow the instructions on the call, once done, your balance will be reloaded.

Option 3

Step 1: Once completed the purchase from SEAGM, kindly retrieve your game card code in "My Cards".

Step 2: On your mobile phone, call 1755. 

Step 3: Press 3 for recharge using voucher. Then, enter your ID number and the recharge PIN purchased from SEAGM.

Step 4: Follow the instructions on the call, once done, your balance will be reloaded.
