2. All purchases made in SEAGM, once they're delivered, are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.

3. Only supports QQ login, WeChat players need to go to the client to activate.

Step 1: Once completed the purchase from SEAGM, kindly retrieve your game card code in "My Cards". 

Step 2: Visit the Official WeGame WuKong redemption site. 

Step 3: Log in to your QQ account and enter the code purchased from SEAGM.

Step 4: Click [confirm activation/确认激活]. 

Step 5: Once activated, you can go to [My Orders] or [WeGame Client] to check the game activation status.
