You can forward your chat transcripts to your SEAGM email. To do that, follow these steps:
Please ensure that you are logged in to your SEAGM account.
Step 1: Click the icon at the top right corner.
Step 2: You will receive a pop-up message, click "Request transcript".
Step 3: Insert your email address.
Step 4: You will receive your chat transcript in your email inbox.
