This guide will show you how to find your Transaction ID number from PayPal when one of our customer service personnel asks for this information. There are a few different places where you can find this information.
Picture 1: Order confirmation, which you can see right after you make a payment as shown below.
Picture 2: In the email you receive from PayPal. The transaction ID is in the top right-hand corner of the email, as shown below.
Picture 3: The final place you can find your Transaction ID is in your PayPal account. Follow the instructions below to find it.
Step 1: First, sign into your PayPal account.
Step 2: Second, choose “Transactions” in the menu at the top of the page.
Step 3: Third, select the transaction that relates to your order.
Step 4: Finally, toward the top of the transaction details page, you should see “(Unique Transaction ID #xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx)” as shown in Picture 3.
1. If you doesn't have the transaction ID. What it means?
a) Payment not successful.
b) You had reached the purchases limit. (Merchant can check from customer transaction history)
b) Doesn't have any transaction before, probably rejected by Risk Management system.
c) Refused by bank. You are advised to check with original bank.
2. Not to worry! You will not be charged if order not completed.
3. If you are willing to wait and after the payment is captured in our website (24 hours), then you will get a notification email from us. Or you can check the status with us via live chat, our service is 24 hours.
4. If the payment failed, bank will return the money to original payment method within 1~3 days. Sometimes up to 30 days depending on the original payment method used.
