SEAGM will process your refund in the fastest time possible! You will first receive an email notice/SMS/call to confirm your cancellation of your order.
Check your refunded paid order(s) when you click the "My orders" at your account page. Here’s what the status mean:

Your refund is complete. The money has been credited to the original form of payment.
- You can choose to receive refund as SEAGM credits. Our Customer Support is ready to help, talk to us via livechat.
- There might be slight delay during peak periods. However rest assured that we will do our best to minimize delay and update you on your refund status soonest possible.
- If unfortunately, your ordered item is not available/not delivered on time, we will issue refund through the original payment method used.
- Unpaid order(s) will be automatically cancelled if no response from customer after 5 days.
