Check your refunded paid order(s) when you click "My orders" in your SEAGM account. Here’s what the status means:

|Refunded||Your order refund is complete on SEAGM. The money has been processed to be credited to the original form of payment/ SEAGM Credits.|
Using the table below, check on the duration of when you would receive your refund. The refund takes different amounts of time depending on how you made the original payment.

[iii] Any paid order(s) will be automatically cancelled if we do not receive a response from the customer after 2 days.
[iv] Certain payment method was not supported for a refund back to the original method used [Cryptocurrency, RazerGold, Neosurf etc.] therefore we will proceed with a refund back to your SEAGM Credit balance.
