  • Cannot be exchanged for cash or gift vouchers.
  • Good for one shop visit only, remaining balance cannot be carried forward.
  • This voucher is not valid if found damaged, altered or expired.
  • Not valid for purchasing cash vouchers, wedding vouchers and any other vouchers. Besides, not valid for Mooncake, Fondue, and all festive & promotion items.
  • Only valid for regular-priced items. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with Häagen-Dazs™ Club member discounts, gift vouchers and other promotional offers. Only net payment after discount entitled to earn Häagen-Dazs™ Club bonus points.
  • General Mills Hong Kong Limited bears no responsibility and no compensation for the loss and expiry of this voucher.
  • This e-voucher is not for resale.
  • No gift voucher may be used for any trade or promotional purpose without specific written authorization by General Mills Hong Kong Limited.

Note: All purchases made in SEAGM, once they're delivered, are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.

 

Step 1: Login/register an account in SEAGM. On the top menu, enter the keywords "Haagen" and search. Select "Haagen-Dazs eGift Voucher [HK] ".

Step 2: Select the amount that you need, enter the quantity and click "buy now" to proceed.

Step 3: Kindly confirm the amount and quantity selected then click " Pay Now" once confirmed.

Step 4: Select your desired payment method and click "Pay Now" to complete your payment.

Step 5: Once payment is completed, you may retrieve your code under your User profile in My Cards. For Pre-Order products, it might take a few working days for the card to be delivered.

 

Simple ways to redeem the purchased code:

  1. First, you will receive your e-voucher on your SEAGM account under the "My Cards" section.
  2. Then you can go ahead and present the valid e-voucher upon payment. The Haagen-Dazs staff must scan the QR code to validate the voucher. Any amount outstanding for the transaction after deducting the voucher value will need to be paid by the customer.
