We receive all of our game card codes, gift cards, cd-keys, mobile reload codes, and console codes from our distributors and deem all received codes to be viable and genuine.
For physical game card codes, we will only open the boxes containing the codes, scratch, take a photo of each card and enter the codes into our internal system. We will ensure that no other individuals have attempted to access and use the codes that you received from SEAGM.
Should you have encounter game code been used, contact SEAGM Support via LiveChat. SEAGM Support will guide you on how to report card issues. Next, our professional Game Card department will start checking and investigating internally as well as sending the game code to the game publisher or our supplier for verification.
Kindly allow us at least 1-5 weekdays (exclude weekends and public holidays) to get back to you should the issue not arise internally within SEA Gamer Mall such as wrongly keyed game code. This is because we need to wait for a reply from the game publisher for their verification. We will get back to you the soonest after receiving a reply from the game publisher or our supplier.
